What this signature is
upload.am offers a simple electronic signature: the signer confirms their identity through the personal link, then types or draws a name. The system records the time, IP address and a hash of the document, and puts the signatures on the page of the PDF.
It is not a qualified electronic signature (QES) and does not replace one where the law requires it. For most contracts, approvals, NDAs and acceptance forms a simple electronic signature with a full audit trail is what people actually use.
What you get in the finished file
- Every signature printed on the page of the PDF.
- A certificate of completion: the document hash, who signed, when, from which IP address and the full event log.
- Automatic reminders for signers who have not signed yet.
- Templates, so a repeating document goes out in two clicks (see work tools).
Which plans include it

Upload the PDF
Open E-signature in your cabinet and choose a PDF from your files or upload a new one.

Add signers
Enter up to ten names and email addresses and choose the order: one after another, or all at once.

Send
Each signer receives a personal link. Reminders go out automatically.

Download the signed PDF
When everyone has signed, download the PDF with signatures and its certificate of completion.

No. A signer only needs the link from the email.
Is it legally binding?
It is a simple electronic signature with an audit trail. Whether it is enough depends on the document and the country. It is not a qualified signature.
