- Text files and Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents in team storage.
- Detected: card numbers, IBANs, SSNs, private keys and access keys.
- Not scanned: PDFs, scans and files encrypted in the browser.
What you can do with it
Detection is a help, not a guarantee, so the labels are in your hands: set one yourself on any file. Automation rules can set a label on upload (see work tools), and a team policy can block public links for anything marked confidential.
