This Upload.am Service Agreement describes the terms and conditions on which Upload.am offers services to you. In case if you want to use this Upload.am service you agree with following of rules.
- Files that compromise the security of the server, any pornographic files and files that are not allowed on territory of the USA, Europe or Armenia must not be uploaded under any circumstances.
- Files will be deleted immediately and without any warnings, in case if they don't follow the rules.
- Customer agrees not to use Upload.am services for messages of terror or depicts torture or death-gui, harm minors in any way, customer is not allowed to transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party. The data that contains illegal material or promotes illegal activity like gambling, the offering for sale of illegal weapons, and the promotion or publication of any material that may violate hate crimes legislation is also not permitted. If this happens, the content will be immediately deleted. Attempts to violate Upload.am systems are strictly prohibited. Upload.am Services may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including export control laws, is prohibited. Complaints about violators of our Policy should be sent via e-mail
- All files are copyright to their respective owners.
- Your use of Upload.am is at your own risk. If you are dissatisfied with any aspects of our service, then you should discontinue using Upload.am service.
- Upload.am service may warn, suspend or terminate Customer's account in any case of violation of rules. It can be done with or without notice.
- In case of Force Majure operation of our services may be interfered with by different factors outside of our control and in this case we shall not be liable to you for any failure, delay or even data loss.
- Except for other agreements or terms appearing on the Web site, this Agreement set forth the entire understanding and agreement between us with respect to the subject matter hereof.
- This Service agreement can be changed so each time you check the checkbox that you have read and agree with our terms you can kindly check the date of last update of this document.
